Step 4: Choose your choice (survey no, account no, adhaar no or name holder). Step 5: Select the district name and village name. Step 6: Enter your already selected document number. Step 7: Enter the code number from the box. Step 8: Then click on the “Click” button.

Mee Seva centre, on the Register of a complaint. As per the mandate, they will be processed within 15 days. To Register, a compliant through portal go to the official website and follow the below-given steps,

Step 1: Go to the Complaints option in the menu bar and also click on “Register of complaints”.
