1. Initiate Registration:

  • Click the “Simplified Registration” link on the ICEGATE website.

2. Provide Verification Details:

  • Enter your valid IEC (Import Export Code) and GSTIN (Goods and Services Tax Identification Number).
  • Use the temporary password provided by ICEGATE.

3. Create Your Login Credentials:

  • Choose a unique ICEGATE ID following the provided guidelines.
  • Set a strong password with a mix of lowercase and uppercase letters, numbers, and special characters.

4. Verify Contact Information:

  • The system will automatically populate your registered mobile number and email address from your IEC and GSTIN details.

5. Complete OTP Verification:

  • You will get a One-Time Passwords (OTPs) to your verified mobile number and email address.
  • Enter both OTPs to complete the registration process.

6. Registration Confirmation:

  • You can finalize your registration or update your contact information upon successful OTP verification.

7. Finalize Registration (Optional):

  • If you don’t need to update your contact details, click “Finish” to complete the simplified registration.

8. Login and Access ICEGATE:

  • Log in and use your newly generated ICEGATE ID to use the portal.
