Digital Signature
Digital Signature Certificate or DSC is required for atleast one of the proposed directors of the company to complete the company registration process.Director Identification Number (DIN)
Two Director Identification Numbers (DIN) is required to apply for name under the regular name approval process. One DIN is enough if incorporation is filed using form INC-29.Name Approval
