Digital Signature

Digital Signature Certificate or DSC is required for atleast one of the proposed directors of the company to complete the company registration process.

Director Identification Number (DIN)

Two Director Identification Numbers (DIN) is required to apply for name under the regular name approval process. One DIN is enough if incorporation is filed using form INC-29.

Processing of name approval applications, incorporation applications and others have been centralised in India under the Central Registration Centre. The centralisation of processing of incorporation applications will help speedup the process and improve transparency.

INC29 Incorporation

Form INC29 can be used to incorporate a company bypassing the DIN registration process and name approval process, if the name of the company is unique. In case the name proposed under INC29  is not available, then the entire set of incorporation documents must be changed.
