The referral program with revised terms and conditions are applicable from 01-05-2023.
The referral program is eligible for Existing customers of IndiaFilings and not applicable for its employees.
The referred friend or family member should not be already registered with IndiaFilings.
If details of the referred client already exist in IndiaFilings database as an existing client, then it shall not be considered for the referral reward program and IndiaFilings reserves the right to exclude such referral while calculating the rewards.
Referral reward can be received only by residents of India. The mobile number provided to receive OTP should be an Indian mobile number.
A qualified referral will be a customer
- a.1. Who is availing the Trademark & Startup Services
  (or)
  2. making a payment of more than INR 10,000 to IndiaFilings for any other services as defined by the company.
- b. payment is made within 6 months of signup after being referred.
The Referrer is eligible to earn rewards on completion of below events whichever is later:
- a. The Referred Customer must complete an order for Trademark, Startup and for any other services an amount greater than INR 10,000 in total value, minus all fees including taxes, government fee, chargebacks, fraudulent payments, and/or other 3rd party fees.
- b. 30 calendar days after the referred customer paid for Trademark, Startup and for any other services he/she paid more than INR 10,000 for their purchase.

The referral reward shall be as follows:

Service Name	Reward (INR)
Trademark	INR 200 per client
Startup	INR 500 per client
Any other services	INR 1000 for payment over INR 10,000 INR 2000 for payment over INR 20,000

The maximum reward a customer can avail is INR 2700.
The referrer shall have the option to avail the reward in cash or as a service credit for availing other services in IndiaFilings.
If your friend is referred by multiple other referrers, the reward will be processed to the first referrer who created the first lead to IndiaFilings.
IndiaFilings may suspend or terminate the Refer and Earn program or any user’s ability to participate in the program at any time without prior notice at their discretion. Referral reward earned as a result of fraudulent activities will be revoked and deemed invalid.
IndiaFilings reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without any prior notice. Modifications of these terms will be effective from the time they are updated in the Terms and Conditions section.
The Referred Customer and the Referrer cannot be the same person (for example, by using a different email address), nor can they come from within the same household as the Referrer. The Referred Customer has to be a “new” customer (they have never signed up for IndiaFilings before).
