This feedback is for Sripaul only & not indiafilings ... Indiafilings have been very unprofessional ... had an extremely bad experience with logo designer Omkar .. Omkar was very irresponsible, extremely late in responding & very unhelpful .. as a customer I was not being heard & my logo was not ready for almost 2 months ... didnt get any compensation for the inconvenience caused...just an apology isnt enough.. Sripaul has been prompt, responsible, fast & designed good logos within 2 days...was very polite & helpful...very happy with his service...thank you Sripaul... Sripaul is working with a company which is very bad in customer service
