UP Haisiyat Praman Patra Online Application Procedure

To apply for the Haisiyat Praman Patra online, you have to follow the below steps.

Visit the e-district UP Portal

Step 1: The applicant needs to visit the official website of the e-district Uttar Pradesh portal to apply for the Property Value Certificate.

New User Registration

Step 2: In case, a new applicant of the e-district portal, you have to register in the portal to avail all the certificate services offered by the government. Then click on the option “Register” for the New User Registration.

Fill in the Right Credentials

Step 3: You will be directed to the registration page where you have to enter the following details.

  • Applicant’s name
  • Date of birth
  • Residential address
  • District
  • Mobile number
  • e-mail Address
  • Security code

Step 4: After entering all the details you have to click on the “save” button.

Step 5: Then an OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number which is your “password” for the first time login.

Step 6: Then your citizen profile will be created successfully upon completing the procedure.

Step 7: Now you are eligible to request and apply for any services which are available at the web portal.

Step 8: To portal login, you have to enter your login id, password and captcha and then you need to click on the “Submit” button.

Step 9: Once you have logged in, click on the “Fill Application” link on the portal.

Step 10: Then you must select “haisiyat certificate” from the list of services given.

Step 11: Read all the instructions here and click the ” Continue ” tab to open a validity online application form.

Step 11: After that click on the “Make New Application” link.

Upload Required Documents

Step 12: Now you have to fill in the Haisiyat Praman Patra online application form completely, provide all the correct details of all the applicant, their properties and assets along with all the required documents.

Make Payment

Step 13: After all this, you have to take a print of the status application.

Step 14: Click on the “Pay Application Fees” option on your dashboard.

Issuance of Certificate

Step 18: Your certificate will be issued within 7 to 10 days from the date of application.

Verification: The government will ensure that all applications received for the haisiyat certificate are completed within 30 days. The haisiyat of one person is evaluated based on the “Private Valuer” which is certified by the income tax department.
