
Maa Bhoomi - Telangana Land Records
Maa Bhoomi website is an initiative by the Telangana Government to digitise all land records in the State of Telangana. Property or landowners in Telangana can easily access Government land records through the website. Maa Bhoomi portal data includes survey number, the extent of Land, tax, owner name or pattadar name, nature of the Land and crop etc. Pahani for all Land in the State of Telangana can also be downloaded from the Maa Bhoomi website.Services under Maa Bhoomi Telangana

Pahani or Adangal
A Pahani or Adangal is an important legal document related to Land. Pahani is issued by Tahsildar, as it contains details of the Land.- Land Owner's name with Extents and Khatha Number.

Where to apply for Pahani or Adangal?
One can apply for a current years copy at the nearest Meeseva centre in Telangana with an Application Form. (Click here to download current Adangal application form) Old Pahani or Adangal copies can be applied at concerned Tahsildar office with old Adangal application form. The old copies are issued manually, which is time-consuming and depending on the availability of Revenue officials, It can take from a few days to weeks to get copies. Step 1: Visit the webpage of Maa Bhoomi. Step 2: Go to Pahani in Menu bar. Click on "Grama Pahani" to view the village details. Step 3: In this page, the user has to enter District Name, Zone name and village name. Select these all from the drop-down menu.
Record of Right (ROR 1B)
ROR document contains ownership details of the property. It is one of the most important documents related to Land. The Record of Rights register is maintained in the Tahsildar office for every village separately. It contains 14 columns and includes the name of the khatadar or father name of the khatadar, khata number, survey number, classification of Land, extent held by khatadar Land Revenue.Procedure for Applying for ROR 1B
The user can apply ROR 1B at the nearest Meeseva centre with an application RRO 1B and pay Rs.25 as service charge. They can get ROR 1B within 15 minutes or 7 days. Download ROR-1B application form.Check ROR 1B online

Tippan of a Land
