Brigade REAP, Asia’s first real estate startup accelerator, has announced Brigade REAP (Real Estate Accelerator Program. The Brigade REAP (Real Estate Accelerator Program) is well structured one that covers all the aspects required in helping companies create scalable and sustainable businesses.
This program creates the optimal environment for Real Estate startups to scale up by providing support in the form of a Startup Kit and connecting the company with its widespread network of Developers, Architects, Designers, Contractors, Construction Companies, and Commercial Building operators, among others.

Eligibility Criteria for Startups
The eligibility criteria for applying to Brigade REAP (Real Estate Accelerator Program) are as follows:
- Any startup that has an innovative solution for a pressing problem in the Real Estate industry can apply for the Brigade REAP (Real Estate Accelerator Program).
- The startups should have at least some early validation, which could even be a single pilot installation for applying for the accelerator program.
- All Validation Stage, Early Traction and Scaling Stage startups can apply for the accelerator program.

Application Procedure for Brigade REAP (Real Estate Accelerator Program)
The accelerator Program Applications will be open from 9th April 2022 to 24th May 2022. The applicant is required to access the official webpage of Startup India.
- From the home page click on the Programs option and then select View all active programs.
- By clicking on the Accelerator Programme from the new page, the list of active programs will be displayed. Click on the SUPER 50 Accelerator Program, the link will redirect to a new page.
- Click on the apply now option; the Startup India login page will be displayed. The existing users of Startup India can log in to the portal to apply for the program.
- After login to the portal, the applicant can apply for the program:
Brigade REAP has a two-phase Jury process. Once a startup is selected for a Jury presentation, the founder will be contacted by Brigade REAP.
The final selection for Cohort 12 will happen by July 2022.
