A death certificate is a record of an individual by the State Government declaring a person’s demise officially. The certificate is issued to the nearest relatives of the deceased person that states the date, fact and cause of death. By obtaining a death certificate, a family can avail certain benefits that are provided to the deceased person’s family members like insurance or widow pension.
