Its need to improve what the cluent said to make it. For everything there is common patterns making. Its not correct. I saw many MOA and ROC working structures in india. Before ROC like india filins making some more compliances creating for more fee gaining. So, credibility to india filings is very low in the clients. Offcourse myself also. Dhinesh is also following what the policy of india filings is he working.
