An investment of Rs. 50 lakh – 2 crores is required to set up one of these bakeries. Moreover, a sum of Rs. 2,00,000 has to be paid for franchise/brand fee with 25% for royalty/commission. However, for the region-wise establishment of a multi-unit, a sum of Rs. 20 lakh – 1 crore has to be invested. Besides this, a unit fee of Rs. 5,00,000 and a master fee of Rs. 25,00,000 and a commission of 5% are required. The franchise gets exclusive territorial rights to a unit franchise and the payback period of capital for a unit franchise is 2-3 years.

Eastern Region – Assam, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Tripura, Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur, Sikkim, Odisha
Western region – Gujarat, Rajasthan, Maharashtra, Goa
Central Region – Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh, Jharkhand
A commercial floor area of 200-500 square feet is required to set up this franchise. The preferred location for this unit franchise is the main road.
There is a detailed operating manual available and training has to be undergone by all franchisees in the office. The franchises will have field assistance, guided by an expert from the Head Office to open the franchise. All current IT systems will be included in the franchise.
Terms and Conditions
All franchises should have a standard franchise agreement for 5 years and it can later be renewed.
