Tamil Nadu Rera Rules

The Tamil Nadu Real Estate Regulatory Authority (TNRERA) is the regulatory authority established under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016, to regulate and promote the real estate sector in the state of Tamil Nadu. The TNRERA Rules govern the registration, regulation, and governance of real estate projects and real estate agents in Tamil Nadu.

As per the Tamil Nadu RERA Rules, all real estate projects and real estate agents operating in the state of Tamil Nadu are required to be registered with TNRERA.
