Step 1:  To obtain an application for the death certificate, the applicant needs to visit your concerned district registrar office. Step 2:  Fill the application form and submit it along with the required documents to the above-specified office.
Step 3:  On submission of application, the applicant receives an acknowledgement slip to track the application status.
