ITR-7 Form AY2018-19
ITR-7 form for AY2018-19 or FY2017-18 has been released by the Government.
ITR-7 return filing isĀ applicable for persons including companies required to furnish an income tax return under Sections 139(4A) or 139(4B) or 139(4C) or 139(4D) or 139(4E) or 139(4F)]. Hence, ITR-7 must be filed by Section 8 Companies and other types of entities operating on a not-for-profit basis.
