HSN and GST on Cork and Cork Products - HSN Chapter 45
GST on cork and other cork products has been fixed by the GST Council. The GST Council fixed the GST rate for cork and cork products fixed as per the allotted rates of Nil, 5%, 12%, 18%, 28%. HSN Chapter 45 includes products such as natural cork, shuttlecock, sheets, stoppers and others. In this article, let us look at the HSN code and GST rate for cork and cork related products which fall under Chapter 45 of HSN Code. This Chapter does not cover the following:- Footwear or parts of footwear of Chapter 64;
- Headgear or parts of headgear of Chapter 65; or
- Articles of Chapter 95 (for example, toys, games, sports requisites).
