Duplicate Learner’s License

No person is allowed to drive motor vehicles in a public area unless he/she has a valid license. Duplicate Learner’s License

Steps after Losing Learner’s License

  2. Make a complaint that a driving license has lost and got a copy of the First Information Report (FIR).
  3. Visit the notary office to obtain an affidavit on stamped papers. The affidavit will be a proof that you took an oath before the concerned officer that your license is lost.

Access Sarathi Parivahan Portal

Step 1: Access the home page of the (Parivahan web portal). Click on Upload documents option from Sarathi Parivahan home page:

Step 2: Select the radio button Upload Documents to upload the required documents and click on the “Next” button.

Fee Payment

Step 7: Select the Fee Payment option and click on “Next” to continue for fee payment.

Step 11: Click on “Continue” option to log in to the bank for payment process. Step 12: After successful payment, the payment success acknowledgement window appears, after seeing the details click on “Print Receipt” to generate payment receipt.

Get Duplicate Learner’s License
