Eligibility Criteria

In Uttar Pradesh, to register for this Green City scheme, the following criteria must be fulfilled:

Applicant must be an Indian Citizen
Applicant's age must be over 18 years
The applicant or his family should not own more than one residential plot or house development under the Affordable Housing Scheme
Applicants who have already registered under any other affordable housing scheme of state but have not been given a house are also eligible for this scheme

Family Income Criteria

EWS (Economically Weaker Section) houses	Annual income must not exceed Rs.3 lakh from all sources.
LIG (Lower Income Group) houses	Annual income must not exceed from Rs.3 lakh to Rs.6 lakh from all sources.
MIG (Middle Income Group) and HIG (Higher Income Group) of 2/3/4 rooms	All income groups can apply for this scheme.

Note: After the allotment draw, the successful allottees of EWS and LIG houses will have to provide their latest annual income certificate issued by the competent Authority. Otherwise, allotment will be cancelled.
