It is easy to come across in any Indian metropolitan city brimming with such sights. The term Chaat evokes a sense of awe among foodies regardless of their age or region. Born out of the street markets of Mumbai, an exhausting day is always seen accompanied by a plate of invigorating chaat that provides solace to fight the chaos of the day. Initially, these foods were first served in carts that were found easily on the pavement of any street hustling with vehicles.
