Biotique franchisor assists the franchisees in selecting the location for stores, to create layouts, designs, architecture, furniture, equipment and fit-outs. All franchisees will be trained by the franchisor on service operations; standard check up procedures, accounting and inventory control.

The franchisor plays an important role in stock supply, control checks on goods delivery, replenishment ordering and product range maintenance. Moreover, the franchisor appoints employees to build a communication bridge between the franchise and the franchisor.

Training Details

Franchisees have to attend the training in the company centre and franchise centre which will be conducted by an expert from the Head Office to open the franchise. Detailed operating manuals will be provided for the franchisees. All the current IT systems will be included in the franchise.

Terms and Conditions

All franchises should have a standard franchise agreement for five years that can later be renewed by the franchise.
