The Government of Uttar Pradesh has computerised the land records. The Uttar Pradesh Bhulekh portal is now available online and accessible to the citizens and farmers of the state. The Board of Revenue Department Uttar Pradesh has launched this portal which provides the facility to verify UP land records of the state. Online Procedure – Land Records
In Uttar Pradesh, the applicants must follow the steps to check/ verify land records.
Step 1: Firstly, the applicant has to visit the UPBhulekh portal to check for their land records in the state.
Step 2: After opening the portal, you have to click on the “View Imitative Copy” link that is visible on the home page.
Step 3: Now enter the captcha code and then click on the submit button.
Step 4: You will be directed to the new page, where you have to select your district, tehsil and village.
Step 5: After choosing your village or city, the below following page will be displayed on the screen.
Step 6: In this page, you have three options, from where you can search for the required information.
Step 7: Then you have to select the appropriate option and enter the required details.
Step 8: After that click on the box button.
Step 9: Upon clicking on the box, you will see the details of the online copy of your account Khatoni are online. It will be displayed as shown below:
Note: This page may be the unverified copy, so to verify the displayed copy, you have to follow the below steps:
- You have to visit the nearest public Facilitation centre/ Lobby centre.
- You will be charged Rs.30/- to get the verified copy from the concerned officer.
Alternate Verification Method
- You have to visit the official page.
- Now you have to fill the insurance number from the CSC centre.
- Enter the requested details to ascertain the issuance issued from the Tehsil Bhoosha Kendra / CSC centre.
- Now you can view the verified copy of your Khatauni.
- You can also make a print of it for future references.
