Documents Required

Applying Agriculture Land Value Certificate through MeeSeva Franchise

The following are the procedure for applying Agriculture Land Value certificate through the MeeSeva franchise: Step 1: The applicant needs to visit the nearest MeeSeva Franchise.

Submit an Application

Step 2:  The applicant needs to submit the application in the prescribed format for Agriculture Land Value certificate at MeeSeva Centre. Provide the following details in the application form.
  • Address of Farmer
  • Details of land ā€“ Survey number, Extent of land and Land units
  • Informant details
 Note: Mention the mode of delivery of the certificate. Step 3: Submit all supporting documents (as mentioned above) to the MeeSeva Centre service operator.

Fee Payment

Step 4: Pay the applicable fee to MeeSeva operator for processing Agriculture Land Value application. After payment, the request for Agriculture Land Value certificate will be forwarded online to the concerned authority. Note: MeeSeva service operator will issue a receipt with the Agriculture Land Value certificate application number. The applicant will receive the application number to the registered mobile number. Step 5: The concerned authority, i.e., Tahsildar, will process the Agriculture Land Value certificate online and after successful verification, the component authority will approve the Agriculture Land Value certificate request.

Step 6: The applicant will receive the Agriculture Land Value application status through SMS. The applicant can also check application status by visiting the MeeSeva website home page. Step 7: After the acceptance of the applicantā€™s Agriculture Land Value request, the applicant will receive an SMS to the registered mobile number regarding approval of the application. Get Agriculture Land Value Certificate

Once the Tahasildar approves the request, then Agriculture Land Value Certificate will be dispatched through courier from franchisee to the applicantā€™s address if the delivery type is Speed post local or non-local. If delivery type is manual, then the applicant can collect the Agriculture Land Value Certificate from MeeSeva franchisee where they have applied for the Certificate.
