Maintenance communication correctly

I had to follow up multiple times even after making the payment. Only Shreya responds consistently, while Adam, Lavanya, and Usman are very slow to respond. The app and website are also glitchy. I was promised that my first GST filing was included with the GST registration, but I’m now being asked to pay extra. On top of that, my ITR-3 filing is also being delayed.
