Property valuation certificate is a legal document which certifies the details of entry in the Register of Land Values. Property valuation helps to determine the fair market value of a property at the time of property sale or purchase. The value of the property estimated varies from state to state. In this article, we view the procedure for obtaining Uttar Pradesh Property valuation certificate in detail.

Documents Required

The required documents are to be furnished along with the application form.

  • Aadhaar Card
  • Proof of Land Tax
  • Copy of Encumbrance certificate.
  • Proof of ownership of property.
  • Voters ID

Applicable Fee

The applicant needs to remit an application fee of Rs.100 for applying for a property valuation certificate. Additionally, the applicant has to pay Rs.20 as the service charge for availing the certificate.

Time Frame

The processing of the property valuation certificate in the state of Uttar Pradesh will be completed in thirty working days from the date of application.

Application Procedure – Jan Seva Kendra

The applicant can get a property valuation certificate in Uttar Pradesh by following the below-mentioned steps:

Approach the Nearest Jan Seva Kendra

Step 1: The applicant has to visit the nearest Seva Kendra centre to collect the application form for a Property valuation certificate.

3.Haisiyat-Pramad-Patra

Complete the Details

Step 2: The applicant must fill the application form with appropriate details such as

  • Applicant name.
  • Date of Birth.
  • Mobile number.
  • Residential Address.
  • District name.

Attach the Required Documents

Step 3: After filling the application form, attach the required documents along with it.

Submit the Application Form

Step 4: Submit the correctly filled application form along with the documents to the same Seva Kendra centre.

Make Payment

Step 5: Upon submission, the applicant must make a specified payment to proceed further.

Receive Acknowledgement Number

Step 6: After making payment, the applicant will receive an acknowledgement number as a confirmation of submission.

Note: The concerned authority will check the submitted application, and after verification, a certified copy of property valuation will be issued to the applicant.

Application procedure – Citizen Service Portal

Procedures to be followed for obtaining property valuation certificate is specified below:

Visit Official Portal

Step 1: Kindly visit the official portal  of Uttar Pradesh online citizen service.

Step 2: Click on “Citizen login” which is present on the home page of the screen.

New User Registration

Step 3: Click at the “New Users Register” link to open the Uttar Pradesh haisiyat certificate online registration form.

Step 4: Fill all the details like name, date of birth, address, mobile number, e-mail address and login ID and click at the “Save” tab at the bottom.

Provide Login Details

Step 5: Then, an OTP would be sent on the registered mobile number which would be the citizen’s “Password” for the first time login.

Step 6: Next, login with the details and then click on the “Submit” button.

Application Form

Step 7: Select the “haisiyat certificate” service and click at the new application form link.

Step 8:  Read all the instructions and click at the “Continue” tab to open the Haisiyat Praman Patra online application form.

Step 9: The applicant will have to provide information about their property and provide detailed documentary proof to complete the application process.

Step 10: Click on “Submit” button for successful registration, and then the applicant will receive application number as the acknowledgement.

Track Application Status

The applicant can check the status of the application online by following the steps explained here.

Step 1: The applicant has to revisit the official portal.

Step 2: Click on the ” Application Status” button on the home screen of the portal.

Step 3: Enter the “Application number” of your application and click on the “Search” button to view the status of your application.
