Online Method

The applicant has to click on ‘Apply for Caste Certificate Online’.
Step 3: Create a new account
The applicant has to create a new account in the portal to register for the application.
Step 4: Enter Username and Password
Once an account is created, the user can log in using the username and password.
Step 5: Enter the Details
The applicant has to enter details like address, contact details, personal details, local reference details etc. in the application form.
Step 6: Submit the Application
After agreeing with all the terms and conditions of the form, the applicant can click on Submit option.
Step 7: Acknowledgement Number
Once the application form is submitted, the applicant receives an acknowledgement slip along with an application number. The application number is used to track the application status.
Step 8: Download the certificate
After verifying all the given details, the certificate can be downloaded.
Step 9: Receiving Email/SMS
On completion of all the processes, the applicant receives an Email or an SMS.
Offline Method
Step 1: Visit the Tehsil Office
The applicant has to approach the nearest Tehsil officer.
Step 2: Obtain the application
The applicant has to receive the application form from the concerned officer.
Step 3: Enter the Details
The applicant has to enter all the required details in the application form.
Step 4: Affix the Photograph
After entering all the details, the applicant has to affix a passport size photograph to the application form.
Step 5: Submit the application
Once all the procedures are completed, the applicant has to submit the application form.
Step 6: Verification Process
All details entered by the applicant will be verified by the officials.
Step 7: Issuing the certificate
The certificate will be issued once all the verification process is completed.
Status Check
The status of the certificate can also be done through the same portal.

The applicant has to click on ‘Check Caste Certificate Status’.
Step 3: Enter the application number
The applicant has to enter the application number in the in the portal. Once entered, the application status is displayed on the screen.
Processing Time
A time period of 30-35 days is required to process the application.
