
Pension Aapke Dwar Yojana
The Government of Madhya Pradesh has introduced a new scheme named as Pension Aapke Dwar Yojana for the welfare of senior citizens of the state. The scheme Aapke Dwar Yojana intends to provide financial assistance to eligible beneficiaries with a monthly pension. The features of the Pension Aapke Dwar Yojana are given here:- Under the Madhya Pradesh old age pension scheme, the pension amount will be directly transferred to the applicant post office account every month.
- Pension Aapke Dwar Yojana is duly implemented and funded by the Government of Madhya Pradesh.
- To collect the pension amount the applicant doesn’t need to visit the bank anymore.
- The applicant will get regular update regarding the scheme on their registered mobile number.
Eligibility Criteria
The applicant applying under this scheme should meet the following eligibility criteria:- The applicant’s age must be 60 years and above.
- The applicant must be a permanent resident of Madhya Pradesh.
- The applicant must be a destitute old age person.
- The applicant should be under the category of Below Poverty Line.
- The applicant must belong to the rural areas of the state.
Documents Required
The following documents are to be furnished at the time of submitting the application form. Photograph: Copy of applicant Passport size photograph. Age Proof: Birth Certificate of the applicant with the date of birth. Identity proof: Voter ID or Aadhar card or PAN card of the applicant. To apply for the scheme, kindly follow the procedure mention below: Visit Nearest Post Office Step 1: The applicant has to visit the nearest branch of the post office. Create a New Account Step 2: Provide your aadhaar card and any other identity proof to create your new post office account. Transfer Existing Account Step 3: To transfer your existing account (Savings bank account) into the post office account the applicant has to provide the bank accounts details. Note: Once your account has been created the department of the post office will deliver the pension amount every month to the applicant.Related Guides
