Mizoram Legal Heir Certificate

Family legacies are valuable properties that should be preserved and cherished for future generations. It is only through these legacies the family identity can be passed on to many generations. The Head of the Family preserves the legacies, and once they pass away, the responsibility will be given to the next direct legal heir of the deceased. These heirs can be the deceased’s wife, husband, mother or the children. A legal heir certificate states the right legal heir of the deceased who can preserve the legacy.
