Form 16B – Income Tax

Form 16B is a TDS Certificate which certifies the amount of tax deducted at source during a property purchase is deposited by the buyer with the Income Tax department. To put it simply, Form 16B is a TDS certificate for TDS deducted on a sale of property. Know more about Form 16B here. Form 16B format is provided below for reference:
